Julien Peck grew up in Portland, Maine and graduated from Vassar College. He has studied abroad in Spain, France and most recently apprenticed under director Fernando Pérez in Cuba—where Peck’s maternal family is from. In each chapter, he has made at least one film. 

    Peck’s final short film at Vassar, June (nominated for Best Student Short Film at the Pittsburgh Moving Picture Festival ’23), as well as his short film, El Casting (Best International Student Short Film at the Latino Film Market ’23), are available for viewing upon request.
